You need an email service provider like ConvertKit (that’s the one I use) (affiliate link). It’s free for up to 1000 subscribers and it comes with opt-in forms and landing pages.
Mailchimp, Mailerlite or any of the other email service providers will also work.
And to create and design your opt-in freebie I recommend Canva (affiliate link). The free version works fine, but I give you some tips on how to make the most out of your Canva Pro version too.
